The ZeRO Hosting billing portal is currently online, but due to the severity of our recent system failure, we recommend you take immediate action to secure or transfer your domains.
Option 1: Use the ZeRO Hosting Portal (Fastest)

Login: Access your account at www.zerohosting.com.

Unlock: Locate your domain and change the status to "Unlocked."

EPP Code: Request your Transfer Authorization (EPP) Code directly from the domain management section.

Transfer: Provide this code to your new provider to start the move.
Option 2: Direct Management via Enom (Backup Option)
If you encounter any issues logging into our portal, you can contact our registrar, Enom, directly:

Contact Support: Email support@enom.com.

Provide Context: State that you are a client of ZeRO Hosting and that the reseller portal is experiencing critical failures.

Request Access: Ask them to assist with manually unlocking your domain or providing your EPP code for a transfer.
Important Notice
Due to the technical nature of this incident, a permanent shutdown of ZeRO Hosting services is possible.
