Services Provided Zero Web Hosting Ltd provides shared hosting and domain registration services. We do not guarantee any specific uptime. All services are provided on a best?effort basis.

Customer Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining your own backups unless you have purchased a paid backup service. You must keep your login credentials secure and ensure your website software, plugins, and scripts are updated and safe. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws in Ontario, Canada.

Backups and Data Loss Zero Web Hosting Ltd does not provide backups unless you have purchased a paid backup plan. You are solely responsible for keeping copies of your data. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access. We do not guarantee recovery of lost data for any reason, including hacking, hardware failure, software issues, or human error.

Security We use reasonable security measures on our servers, but we do not guarantee protection against hacking or unauthorized access. You are responsible for securing your website and ensuring your software is safe. We are not responsible for breaches caused by insecure customer software or weak passwords.

Account Suspension and Termination Accounts may be automatically suspended for non?payment, malware, illegal content, spam, excessive resource usage, or violations of these terms. Suspension and termination may occur without notice. WHMCS handles automatic suspension for overdue invoices.

Domain Registration By registering a domain through Zero Web Hosting Ltd, you agree to the rules of the applicable domain registry. You are responsible for renewing your domain before expiration. We are not liable for expired or lost domains. Domain fees are non?refundable.

Payments and Billing All hosting services are billed in advance. Failure to pay invoices may result in automatic suspension. Suspended accounts may be terminated after a grace period. All fees are non?refundable unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability Zero Web Hosting Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, hacking, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your last month of hosting service.
