What is bandwidth?
It is the sum of all files transferred to web surfers from your site. If your main page is 10KB total and 100 people visit it a month, that will be a total of 1000KB of bandwidth used or 1MB. Our Packages have 500MB to unlimited bandwidth.

Can I buy extra bandwidth on the packages that don't include unlimited?

I'm not in the US, is that a problem?
If you are not a United States resident and want to sign up for our services go right ahead and signup - we currently host websites in more than 70 different countries.

I'd like to sign up but I don't want to give my credit card information over the Internet. Is there another way I can sign up?
Yes you can. Just to remind you though that our servers are using the latest technology of encrypted SSL connection, which means to you, that your credit card info is completely safe. At any case if you still are not convinced you may do so in the form of a fax. Our fax number is 1-416-636-2050. State your name and where you can be reached, the credit card number and expiry date and we will contact you as soon as we receive your fax.

How long after I sign up can I start building my site?
Your account will be running within the same day you've signed up. We will have set up your ftp account and you can begin uploading your site, setting up your e-mail aliases and auto-responders, etc. If your domain is new and you have registered it, it will actually be visible on the Internet within 24 hours of you signing up. If you are transferring an existing site to our servers, the registrar can sometimes take as long as 3-5 days to do so (which we have no control over).
