What is a Reseller/Money Maker?
A Reseller buys additional domains, called subdomains (not subdirectories),
at deep-discounted prices and sells them for profit. Resellers handle
all interaction with their customers.
Who can be a Reseller?
Anyone can be a Reseller. Weather you're a web designer, entrepreneur,
developer, programmer or just want to make extra cash, you can join
our lucrative, turnkey Reseller Program.
How does the Reseller Program work?
You can join the Reseller Program by purchasing the Reseller Package.
When you log into your Control Panel there will be an extra button
called "Add Domain". Type the domain name, submit the form,
and your subdomain will be added within 10 minutes.
How do I join the Reseller Program?
Join the Reseller Program by filling out our online order form.
Simply select the Reseller package that suits your needs and you are
automatically enrolled in the Reseller Program. Within 10 minutes
of ordering, you will receive a welcome e-mail with your login, password,
and a static IP address. You can begin creating additional domains
at discounted prices instantly!
What is a "subdomain"?
Subdomains are additional domains that can be purchased by member
of the Reseller Program. Each subdomain receives its own unique static
IP address, disk space, data transfer and other dedicated features
- features are not taken from the reseller's domain to create subdomains.
Resellers can choose from Starter, Standard or Pro packages to create
subdomains. Subdomains are not just subdirectories (www.yourdomain.com/customer)
or third-level domains (customer.yourdomain.com). They are complete
domains capable of full domain names that are owned by a Reseller.
Are features deducted from the Reseller's domain to
create subdomains?
Features (e.g. disk space, data transfer, etc.) are not deducted
from the Reseller's domain to create subdomains.
How often do I pay for subdomains?
Subdomains can be purchased quarterly or annually. The Reseller
Package itself is billed quarterly or annually.
Are virtual nameservers included in the Reseller Program?
Virtual nameservers are included in the Premier Reseller Program
at no additional charge.
Do resold domains include customizable Control Panels?
Resellers can customize the Control Center by adding futures such
as their company name and colors.
What features are included in a subdomain?
Subdomains created through the "Add Domain" button will
receive their own IP address, Control Panel, and independent features.
Features are not deducted from the Reseller domain to build subdomains.
Is the Reseller Program transparent to resold customers?
The Reseller Program is fully transparent to resold customers.
Resellers handle all contact with their customers. Features such as
virtual nameservers and customizable Control Panel all each reseller
to brand their own product.
Can I resell the Main Reseller Plan?
Currently, there is no option to resell the reseller program.

We use SSH to access TELNET. This is a much more secure method.
Send a request to our support team. Make sure to include the domain
name and username of the client. Make sure you read and understand
the statement about SSH in our Knowledgebase.
Are there any minimum requirements to keep my Reseller
Program?
The only requirement to remain a reseller is to have a Reseller
plan with us and comply with all reseller policies and procedures.
What if I do not want to handle the technical support
phone calls for the hosting accounts that I resell?
The reseller discount is for resellers that plan on taking their
own technical support phone calls. For those that choose not to take
technical support phone calls, you might consider our Referral Program.
Who handles the billing for my hosting accounts?
You provide billing to your customers. We bill you for the accounts,
then you turn around and bill your customers whatever price you choose.
What if my customer's want SSL secure server access?
If your customers need an SSL secure server for their transactions,
they will have to purchase their own security certificate unless you
wanted to get one of your own and offer to host their secure forms
on your domain. They can use our secure server but they will see our
company name in the URL of the secure form.
Can I pay for my account or my customer's accounts
by check?
No, as of the fact that our system is fully automatic, resellers
must pay by credit card.
